  • How do I choose landmarks? 
    Landmarks are broken down by state in the BLS system.  So if you are searching for the Four Seasons in  New York, you should type in NY-FOUR SEASONS.  If you are searching for the W Hotel in Texas, type in TX-W Hotel.

  • I did not recieve my emailed password when I signed up.
    In most cases this means that the email that was automatically sent by the BLS system ended up in your junk email box.  Please check there.  

  • Will my username and password from the old reservations module work with the new one?
    No, it will not.  You must create a new username and password in order to gain access to the new reservations module.

  • When I type in a Landmark, sometimes it does not load.
    This will mainly happen when you choose a NY landmark.  Due to the enourmous amount of landmarks in the NY area, it may take 30-60 seconds to load.  Please be patient, it will show up.  If the landmark does not load, that may mean that it is not in the BLS system; in this case just click the address tab and type it in there.

  • How can I view all my past, current and future rides?
    This requires special setup that must be done by the tech support team at BLS, please email techsupport@blslimo.com .  Requests should be completed in 24 hours.

  • How can I book under multiple accounts?

  • Can my account be invoiced when booking online?
