How do I choose landmarks?
Landmarks are broken down by state in the BLS system. So if you are searching for the Four Seasons in New York, you should type in NY-FOUR SEASONS. If you are searching for the W Hotel in Texas, type in TX-W Hotel.
I did not recieve my emailed password when I signed up.
In most cases this means that the email that was automatically sent by the BLS system ended up in your junk email box. Please check there.
Will my username and password from the old reservations module work with the new one?
No, it will not. You must create a new username and password in order to gain access to the new reservations module.
When I type in a Landmark, sometimes it does not load.
This will mainly happen when you choose a NY landmark. Due to the enourmous amount of landmarks in the NY area, it may take 30-60 seconds to load. Please be patient, it will show up. If the landmark does not load, that may mean that it is not in the BLS system; in this case just click the address tab and type it in there.
How can I view all my past, current and future rides?
